Nice idea but get rid of the stuff from that other website. Link to it instead, or say that you should o such and such exercise and then link to a website with more info on how to do it.
The information is nicely organized. You might consider adding some padding around the text on the main page to add some extra space. (You can do that by adding padding to the table cells directly or through CSS--if you need help with this let me know and I'd be happy to help.)

Looks good, interesting concept. Video of the shots would be really neat.
Lots of white space on home page. Sub area page looks nice. Maybe larger font for area buttons.
Not bad, edging into to virtual plagiarism. Laid out very professionally.
Looks okay, it's pretty simple but serves its purpose. Might want to work on your sub-page and spacing- it's a lot of words jammed into one place.
The links should have a "you are here" indicator.

I like they layout so far. One thing you could do is to get some images from a local golf course and incorporate them into the layout.
i like your little animations. Simple effective layout.
alot of open space on the site, and alot of white. try adding a light bg image.
The header is fun. It is going to have lots of text. You might give it a lighter green color in the background or something.
