Great solid layout. You might want to not make the "main" box so transparent though--having a textured background is cool, but seeing it through the main box and having text on that box would be a little busy. Love the font choice.
The texture reminds me of the inside of a hospital. same with the use of light green and yellow colors (not thats a bad thing, just the impression i get from it). the design fits with the subject- good job. clean.

I like the clean layout structure, but it seems almost too basic. Maybe experiment more with color rather than using just neutrals?
