The buttons look good.

Still looks good. Hope they give you content soon.
fairly plain and generic, but if that is what you're going for, good. i know youre working for someone, so they probably have alot of say in the style, but it would be nice to see more character.

center your page by coding a center tag before and after the table tag. that will give you even space on both sides of the webpage.
