red on black is not a good color combination to work with. red it hard to read on a dark background. you need to add some lighter colors to help break it up a bit.
the whole site seems very dark. and a change of font might be needed, the current font is curvy and reminds me of kindergarten and since this is for an adult place, doesn't really seem to fit.

It's really hard to see the text. Other than that, you're probably set.
A bit dark, looks ok, font of contact info is hard to read with that font
Still kind of hard to read. Maybe play with the text color more or a lighter drop shadow/glow.

The nav buttons are pretty hard to read.
I agree with the others- it's looking nice, but try and make it a bit more readable/a bit brighter somehow.
Hard to read, but that may be the projector.
hard to read from here, not sure how it looks when the screen is right in front of you, maybe out line the text in white
